Finally Getting Fit the Healthy Way

Recently divorced Christian woman living in Texas again. New life, new career, new school (start my MBA in June 2015)... new me! Getting back into shape by going Paleo/Primal/Ancestral and adding back in workouts (slowly, new meds means my heart needs to start REALLY slowly). I have EDS, POTS, MTHFR and a slew of other acronyms but I won't let them steer my life away from what I want.

2. Make regular exercise a part of my life
3. Have better heart/lung function
4. Feel more confident about myself

3X week Strength Training
Meal Plan each week before grocery shopping
Stick to budget
150 fitness minutes per week
Weekly calorie deficit of at least 4000 calories

Daily Goals:
Keep Primal/Paleo
CICO difference between 500 and 1,000 calories
80 oz water
5000+ steps
Fitness at least 20 minutes per day- BBM Workout
Daily Devotional, daily scripture and prayer
Walk dogs
Prep for the next day

Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results.
