Smile! Having fun and getting fit

After a few months of not tracking or running consistently, I'm going to use 2012 to really get motivated and live an active life.
I enjoy running and am starting to get into half-marathons, maybe I'll do a full marathon one day.

My Goals:
-Stay in shape for the USAF
-Lose weight through a lifestyle change
-Build active habits

For 2012:
Run 2 half marathons in under 2 hours.
Do 3, 10Ks.
Run the 1.5 mile in under 11 min.

My Program:
-Run 3-4 times a week
-Attend karate classes 3 times a week
