I am Sonea Mudgal from India, and "I M Runner....." This is what describes me now more appropriately than any my being Entrepreneur (Vending Machine Operator), a mother of 15 years old teenager gal, a wife and many more roles to follow. Training myself for half marathon, and many more obstacles to cross before i finish my half marathon. :)

My Goals:
My goal is to fall into less than 70 kg weight anyhow... any how means any how by controlling my diet and exercise. And march towards my old age gracefully and healthy. And to have one beautifull baby to accompany my little princess.

My Program:
I am very much strict with my diet schedule and not to go overboard my calorie count, as i feel it is more imoratnt than exercise. We exercise once a day but we eat many times a day. I am hooked to Pranayam now, Breathing exercise has changed my body totally. I highly recommand every one should make it part of execrsie schedule to double the impact of workout.

Other Information:
I love to read books, specially management, spiritual and health related. I love to dance and play keyboard. I get bored of any activity very soon. I need to change my exercise schedule very often to keep me intersted. One thing i have total control on is my tongue, i can never binge on any food now Just like that, portion control is my best buddy which i always practise.

Do you post any recipes? I love Indian food and try to make it from books and online recipes but I'm afraid my efforts are probably not authentic. One book I return to often is Madhur Jaffrey's Eastern Vegetarian Cooking. I'm no longer vegetarian but I try not to cook meat every day because Husband has high cholesterol.
I'm very sorry for your loss. I wish you good luck with your efforts so you will soon be blessed with a baby.
