My goal overall is just to be healthy. I want to feel good mentally and physically. I want to swim with my daughter in the summer...without the fear of looking horrible in a swimsuit! I would love to become a runner, and complete a 5K.
Mini-goal 1: lose 5 pounds by 1-1-12
Mini-goal 2: lose 10 more pounds by Valentine's Day
Mini-goal 3: lose a total of 40 pounds by the first of April (niece's wedding!)
Mini-goal 4: lose a total of 50 pounds by the June 1, 2012
