I am confident, beautiful, talented, but there are many things about myself that I do not like. I struggle with my weight and cannot keep from gaining back everything I lose and work for. Over the last summer I lost 10 lbs - BIG SURPRISE - I gained it back in only a few months when I moved out on my own! I could have lost more, but became distracted when my priorities changed and I put more stress and focus on job searching and adapting to change and a new city.


I need to get back on track and reach my goal! Please help with motivation! I look at this as my last chance to loose weight and get healthy.

I have been dating the same guy for 6 years now. He is attending law school - and we are in the same city for the first time in over 5 years. I am trying my best not to tell him about my weight loss goals and progress, so I will have to blog my heart out! I would like to lose at least 15 lbs before the end of November. We plan getting married soon... and I would like to look my best even before we are engaged (which should happen any minute).

My boyfriend loves me for who I am, and even with the YoYo in weight - he never once said anything. I want to be a complete knock-out for him. And maybe the better I look, the more inclined he will be to get down on one knee... haha

I love meeting new people, traveling, shopping, painting, and reading. I also just became addicted to Guitar Hero and Sing Star Karaoke. If anything relieves my stress... these would do the trick!

My biggest weakness is ice cream and chips with salsa. I am going to try my best to avoid these things at all costs... swimsuit here I come...

My Goals:
I want to get back on track and continue to get to my goal weight. I want to feel like a normal 20-something girl and I want to be happy about my body and get to the point where I am confident to show it off. I want to feel sexy and look great naked!


My Program:
I am trying out what fits me best right now. I plan on doing cardio at least 6 days a week and adding in some strength training. I will keep everyone up to date as I progress...

I am still lost when programs come into play!

I really want a Wii Fit!

    Thank you so much for responding to my blog! Your introduction sounds just like me too! I've had the same boyfriend for five years (who's super tall and super athletic and skinny) and with all my weight changes from month to month, he never says anything! But it puts stress on the relationship because I don't feel good about myself, and then I start talking about it all the time - so my goal this time is to not even tell him. And it's helped us. I have size 12 jeans that I fit into at one point, I have my regular size 5/7 jeans which I wear now. And because my sister, who's a year younger, just lost a ton of weight (totally jealous!!) I gave her my size 0-3 pants, and they fit her beautifully. I'd like to be able to snag them back, or at least look good in my size 5 jeans!! Good luck with all of your goals!!
