weight loss after menopause

hi....i am 53 and want to loose the 15 pounds that have seemingly come on overnight. While that isn't really true it sure does feel like it. I think being post menopause has something to do with it.....of course eating too much is likely the real culprit.

I exercise by training for marathons and have recently started weight training.

I think in order to loose weight, I need to be accountable to someone/something which is why keeping track of everything - good or bad ...
