Gonna do it this time.
Hey everyone, I'm 27 years old, and looking to lose about 45 pounds... again. I lost about 60 pounds over a few years by sporadically dieting and exercising a few times a week. However I had a shoulder injury a few years ago which really cut down on my mobility and pretty much cut exercise completely out of the picture. My eating was out of control and now I'm back up to the heaviest weight I remeber being. I've been working really hard with light weights or interval cardio about 5 days a week ...
I've been working really hard with light weights or interval cardio about 5 days a week since January, and am just recently starting to clean up my eating. I hope that we can all work together to achieve our goals!

My Goals:
#1: I have a box of clothes under my desk from when I was much much thinner two years ago. I would like to empty that box out, at least part way, and have some those clothes hanging in my closet by the end of the year. #2: I'd like to reach my goal weight by the time I graduate in June/2010.
My Program:
I usually do exercise videos (I'm a big fan of The FIRM) 4-5 times a week, and try to swim on the days I go to class. I also take pilates once a week, and I try to go to yoga 2-3 times a week. I try to eat reasonably healthy most of the time-- I could always do with more veggies, though--but I've learned this time around not to sweat it too hard when I give into temptation. A bad meal/day/week every once in a while is not the end of the world. This is the philosophy I'm trying to guide my weight loss with, rather than going on a "diet."
