So long baby weight!

I just had a baby nearly 2 and a half months ago, and desperate to get back in shape. I put on the average 25 lbs of pregnancy weight, but being that I needed to lose weight before I got pregnant it placed me at a whopping 170 lbs by delivery, (I am only 5'4). I used to barely weigh between 100 and 115 during my teens and early early 20's. But I did that the wrong way by starvation, excessive exercising, and basically more starving. My Goals:
My main goal is to be 120 lbs. I have been stuck in the 138-145 lb range for 5 years now, and while that is just a number I am told, I feel I will be healthier once I break free from this rut. I also want to enrich my life spiritually and mentally...I hope to find peace with myself at the end of this year, and be at peace with the direction my life is heading.

My Program:
As concrete as I would like to stick to, I will mostly be fitting in running somewhere between 2-4 days a week, with the help with either workout DVDs or the elliptical on the days I can't. I have already eliminated most diet soda, HFCS, and red meat from my diet, but will try to maintain a well rounded one for the benefit of my son who is still nursing.

Personal Information:
My name is Genevieve, but with all it's glory it is a name I have a hard time identifying with, (I feel it is suited to someone way more sophisticated) so I go by Gennie. I live in an area shrouded by trees and rain.
