Thanks for the comment on my blog. I love cleaning when I am upset. It helps me focus on something else and you burn calories:) Usually I can come up with a solution or just get some of the frustration out. I haven't kept a journal in a long time but just recently started up again. I think it helps getting all your feelings out and then I can read through it at a later time and maybe see a solution or find an answer. emoticon
