Hello, My name is Sylvia and I'm back to Tampa. I am a member since beginning of 2008 but didn't really had time and motivation to do something with myself/my body, till now. I'm a mom and my daughter just turned 2 few months ago, then I said to myself: you promised to lose your "baby fat" right after her birth. Two years past and instead of losing I think I even gain weight. I am disappointed and want to change that now (it's never too late, i hope). My main focus is to start eating ...

My main focus is to start eating better, portion control and more fruits and veggies, as well as starting exercise program (gym/outdoor combo).

Eliminate meat, get meat and it's derivatives free in the long run Walk 20-30 min each day occasional bicycling free weights, body sculpting, zumba, yoga
