My name is Sylvia and I'm back to Miami. I am a member since beginning of 2008 but didn't really had time and motivation to do something with myself/my body, till now. I'm a mom and my daughter just turned 2 few months ago, then I said to myself: you promised to lose your "baby fat" right after her birth. Two years past and instead of losing I think I even gain weight. I am disappointed and want to change that now (it's never too late, i hope). My main focus is to start eating ...

My main focus is to start eating better, portion control and more fruits and veggies, as well as starting exercise program (gym/outdoor combo).

Thanks for the comment on my race photo. The Allstate Miami Beach 13.1 is my favorite half that I look forward to running every year. I hope we stay in Miami for a while because I would really miss Miami too.

Kudos to you for joining us here on the Raw Foodies Team. This will be one of the best decisions you have ever made. Sparkers come here and join this great team for a multitude of reasons. They may be curious about the health benefits of Raw Food and join to learn all about eating Raw. Many join for the weight loss. Many join the Team for a Detox. There are a great many people who do the Raw Food Diet as a Detox but then they realize how alive they feel and how the pounds melted away so effortlessly they decide to continue to eat this way.
