Do it! Again!!

My journey on Spark began after seeing a picture of me taken by a friend Memorial Day weekend 2009. The picture, although disturbing at first, provided me with a wonderful gift. I did not recognize the person in the picture. The picture helped me see how I appeared to the world - not just my weight, but how I carried myself. I lost 50 lbs between 2009 and 2010. I thought I would never fall back to those patterns. I thought I had it all figured out, but here I am again, four years later ...

My Goals:
Since this is not my first rodeo, I know I do best when I focus my attention to a specific date.
The first "lily pad" is Labor Day weekend. That's 4 weeks from now and a 10lb goal. How? Remove the junk and processed foods that are become my staple and to exercise at least 4 days per week.

My Program:
Nutrition: Balanced diet, calorie counting and tracking food in SP.

Exercise: DVDs for cardo C210K app to start running again and weight training.

Other Information:

emoticon Hello Sparkie - How are you? I'm traveling to CA this week then back to Nashville to clean the house and ready it to be placed on the market to sell. Still so much going on with the new job, new life in HI that I have not been Sparking or exercising. Trying not to beat myself up about it. Told myself I'll take the dogs on a long walk on Wednesday when I get to TN. Looks like you've been doing well for 8+ weeks! emoticon

Hey Sue! We've all been there! I've recommitted this year. Already lost 175 pounds! (Oh wait, that was just my boyfriend) Oh well, I'm laser focused on my goal now - and ready to finally finish what I started. Great job kicking those tortillas butt! We can do this!
