I log onto SP every day to log my nutrition info and fitness minutes. If a food isn't listed I will input it myself so my nutrition log can be as accurate as possible. I've learned to take every day as a separate challenge; just because I have one bad day does not mean I should call of my "diet." There's always tomorrow!
