I never used to be overweight. That was until I got out of high school and started eating out all the time because it was easy. I dropped a lot of weight, and got down to goal after a bad break up. I met a great guy shortly after. We got married, and now we have 2 toddler boys. I love my family more than ever, and want to be healthy for them. I am tired of being tired all the time because I am over weight, and I do not want it to effect my health in anyway.
My goals are to get back down to a healthy weight for my height, on top of losing the remaining baby weight from my two kids.. I want to be healthy and down in weight, but I wan to do it in a healthy manner by making small goals that I can stick to.

Starting with a 4-5 day a week exercise program...a mix of cardio, stretching, and strength training.
I am a Mom to 2 and a wife to a soldier. I love scrapbooking and photography, hiking, and camping.
