Small Changes, for big results.

I never used to be overweight. That was until I got out of high school and started eating out all the time because it was easy. I dropped a lot of weight, and got down to goal after a bad break up. I met a great guy shortly after. We got married, and now we have 2 toddler boys. I love my family more than ever, and want to be healthy for them. I am tired of being tired all the time because I am over weight, and I do not want it to effect my health in anyway.

Welcome to the Wyoming Team. You are really smart wanting to shed those post pregnancy pounds. I wish I would have been more motivated to do so when I was younger. I thank your husband for serving in the military and I thank you for giving him the support he needs. Congratulations on your new baby. GO GIRL!! Vicki
