Becoming Gluten-free for new me
I currently work as construction inspector. I am physically active at work. Yet I was always stuck at the same weight range of 215-225. I recently learned that I am gluten, lactose and egg yolk intolerant. I am learning how to switch foods, read labels, and try to be careful of everything. I admit I have weak moments and eat something not good for me. I have no kids, one 18 year old cat, divorced for 4 years and trying to rebuild after a disastrous divorce. My Goals:
I also learned that I am gluten, lactose and egg yolk intolerant. I would love to lose 20-30 pounds before the surgery. I want to lower any potential health risks and maybe I can get a tummy tuck to get rid of excessive lose skin that I have carried on my body for years. I want to strengthen my body after successful breast reduction surgery in Jan.
My Program:
Eating more healthy foods, dwindle down on my soda consumption, find new recipes to try that are gluten free, remember how to cook for one person.
Personal Information:
I currently live in the west burbs of Chicago. My family and old friends are approx 300 miles south of me. I cruise once a year in the winter to celebrate my birthday.
