I am starting with renewed hope. I want to get back to walking as much as possible and find what works for me.
I have had to realize that what was working so well in 2012 is no longer what I need to continue to lose weight. I am having to change things again.
Healthy eating, exercise, and positive people in my life. These are the most important in my life.

There are many types of mold and some aren't dangerous. A kit will tell you if something is toxic. If you have a sensitivity to mold and/or mildew, it probably won't matter. I guess I would want to know what I'm dealing with.

I work in the insurance industry, and this issue comes up from time to time. Since mold remediation is expensive, hopefully your mold issue is more annoying than hazardous.
