I am starting off this new year, of 2014 with renewed hopes. I want to get back to walking as much as possible and find what works for me.
I have had to realize that what was working so well in 2012 is no longer what I need to continue to lose weight. I am having to change things again.
But my outlook is alot better than 2013, which was a bad year for me.
I am moving past it and trying so hard to stay on a positive path.
To spark daily and keep my goals realistic ones.

My goals are to get healthy, lower my blood pressure, lose weight and exercise in some form, daily...to stop stressing over small set backs and to live a longer more productive and joyful life....just for today I will try to achieve these.

There are many types of mold and some aren't dangerous. A kit will tell you if something is toxic. If you have a sensitivity to mold and/or mildew, it probably won't matter. I guess I would want to know what I'm dealing with.

I work in the insurance industry, and this issue comes up from time to time. Since mold remediation is expensive, hopefully your mold issue is more annoying than hazardous.

Yes. The neurologist did give me a reason for fatigued muscles. Seems I most likely have statin myopathy, and a rare form of it. That is muscle weakness caused by taking statins.

You know, I always liked using the leg press. I was just thinking about re-adding that again last night. You are a sharp one. Glenn

Hi there

I hope you are doing well, I wasn't trying to infer you had diabetes, I was trying to show you that while it is a pain (literally at times) peripheral neuropathy doesn't have to be very limiting.

I hope the bone spurs are resolved (that sounds far worse to me)
