I am determined to achieve my goals

Ball season starts next month and i want to be able to run the bases without feeling like I ran a marathon. As spring arrives I want to look forward to shopping not in "PLUS" sizes but in stores with the cute outfits for my Spring/Summer wardrobe.

I read one day if you eat, you are on a diet....it just depends what kind a diet you live by healthy or junk food.

I choose the Healthy Path!!!

Read your comment on Houndlover's blog about keeping carbs low~
Cut out as much fruit as you can, watch for excess sugar hidden in processed foods, and cut back on sweet potatoes and other starchy type veggies like winter squash. Have them once a week instead of daily.
The biggest thing is to fill up on non starchy veggies, fat and high quality meat protein. Coconut oil in your coffee or tea makes a great addition and really helps with your needed fat intake.

But really~ It's very easy to cut back to 50g carbs a day~ Just keep an eye on what you eat. I suspect that its to do with fruit. it needs to be a minimal part of your meal plans.

Good luck~ emoticon

Concerning your question about keeping carbs low: I also eliminate beans, starchy veggies like sweet potato and limit fruit to one serving a day. I do eat probably about 2200 calories per day, but that's a rough estimate, I don't like to have to track much.
