Super Size Me No More

I have always been fat. I like food. I generally are comfortable in my skin when I am around my friends. But now that my brother and father have lost all of there weight. I am the only one with health issues. I hate taking pills and using needles. So here goes trying to getting the weight off and keeping it off.

My Program:
Try to eat healthy while on the meal plan. Learn to be more aware of portions and how distorted mine are.

~Track exercise and food every day
~Exercise daily
~Track blood sugar
~drink more water
~eat breakfast daily

Other Information:
I love to read romance books and watch tv and movies.

Hey,
I just wanted to stop by and thank you for commenting on my blog post! I know it was long one and must have taken a lot of dedication to read lol No, I've never tried the banana and yogurt thing. I have never even heard of doing that before, but I will definitely put that on my list of things to try in the near future, maybe even this weekend. I haven't tried doing the smaller meals because my classes are back to back pretty much all week and I only have like 15 minutes between classes that's just enough time to get to my class, sign in and sit down. It's a nice idea though, thanks for that! Thanks for the support hope all is going well for you!

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I think that moderation and portion control is going to be my main key to success while I'm here because like you said there are not very man healthy options, but there are unhealthy options galore! I look forward to hearing from you soon! Hope all is well!
