I have always been fat. I like food. I generally are comfortable in my skin when I am around my friends. But now that my brother and father have lost all of there weight. I am the only one with health issues. I hate taking pills and using needles. So here goes trying to getting the weight off and keeping it off.

My Program:
Try to eat healthy while on the meal plan. Learn to be more aware of portions and how distorted mine are.

~Track exercise and food every day

~eat breakfast daily

I love to read romance books and watch tv and movies.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I did do a lot of crying, and we did a lot of talking and we are going to try and work on our relationship more. In such a way that we are doing our own thing but are also focusing on each other. I too find workouts to be a great workout when I feel stressed or aggressive. I hope you had an awesome day!
