My Goals:
Hopefully going to maintain the weight loss I've achieved. I would love to keep my fitness and activity levels where they are now, but want to be able to start enjoying what I'm eating and to be able to think about food in a more relaxed manner.
My Program:
Gymming on a regular basis, walking regularly, running as much as possible (detest it, but I'm trying to combat this), boxing (better stay on my good side guys) and controlling my calorie intake whilst trying to eat a healthy, balanced diet!
Personal Information:
Sophie, 18, English, hoping to be a doctor of Clinical Psychology. More likely to be a crazy cat lady that resides on her sofa watching too much television.
Other Information:
MASSIVE film buff. LOVE the cinema and collecting DVDs (not a cheap hobby, don't reccommend it)!
