Hi Socks - Amen to the colors of your yarns!!! I have not been into spinning and weaving for 40 years, and want to get back to in in about 6 months. I'm currently settling into my new home, but when that's done... In the meantime, I've been ranging around for a small project and a woman at our local knitting shop says socks are very "in" right now. I got 2 books. One says to use 4 needles, the other uses 2 circular needles. Any advice? Are socks hard? I've done about 3 sweaters in the past. That's all. I crochet, too, but what to knit socks.

Your fiber makes me drool......and thankfully makes me think of fruits and veggies. Well, I'm here and I'll be back often. I must soon make a change to my pages background as it looks like chocolate and peppermint....not good!

Wow look at the lovely spinning! And wheels....That is my next step. I can use a drop spindle, although I need to practice some more. But spinning wheels are so gorgeous! LOL
