I want to lose 90 lbs by the end of this year so that is roughly 8 lbs a month.
I also want to be able to do 2 miles a day on my treadmill.
As I have just started yesterday so far I have only cut down on my calories. Next week I will try to do 15 minutes on the treadmill everyday.
I am 57 years young and 5.8 inches tall. I have been heavy most of my life but probably the worst weight right now. I have a wonderful boyfriend who I have been with for 4 years. I also have a wonderful son and 2 beautiful grandchildren and 2 beautiful step grandchildren, I like to sing and dance and also crosstitch when I have the time.
I love watching American Idol, Xfactor and basically any show to do with music. I love to watch tv and can watch most anything and find it interesting.
Hi! Sorry I didn't reply to your comment. Just got busy and couldn't get online. I agree, it's soooo hard to overcome those bad habits! The other day I had company for supper and while I was chatting (and obviously NOT thinking!) I dished myself up a big scoop of potatoes and then added gravy! I think we have to just ignore those oops' and get back on track, otherwise we can get discouraged and quit. And hey...at least we are acknowledging our bad habits and will be more alert next time!
