My Journey...

My name is Danelle and I am 26 years old. I am happily married to the love of my life. My weight has always been up and down throughout my teen years and into my adult life. I am sick and tired of the yo-yo dieting and want to lose weight and keep it off this time. My husband and I both gained a significant amount of weight over time, and we are both fed up. I know this is going to be a slow hard process, but I am determined to make these changes and do it the right way!

Hello Danelle! Welcome to the Cascading Dahlias Sparkteam for the Spring Challenge. I'm one of the captains for the challenge and I'm looking forward to a lot of fun over the next 8 weeks. If you need anything, drop me a line. We can do it!

Wow, just looked at your ticker and saw how similar our journeys have been. I started at 245. Do you mind my asking how tall you are? I'm starting to think about a final goal weight and I'd love your input. Is 150 your ultimate goal?

emoticon for commenting on my blog! TurboFire is my "soul mate" workout as Chalene would say! I stop it for a week or two but I always find a way to go back to it. In the Challenge Group I am a part of always laugh at me because I am like I am not going to do TurboFire for 90 days and do some other program...i swear they could make a killing if they were betting how long it would be til I go back. Chalene Johnson is my #1 trainer then Jillian Michaels is a close second. If you ever want to know more about it or any other program I have done just send me a message and I would be more than happy to help you in your weightloss journey! Your support on my blog really does mean the world to me! Thank you for supporting me.
