Relearning Good Habits on a Budget
I'm a 27 year old cyclist and media junkie attempting to get back on track with my health. After losing at least 30lbs a mere 5 years ago, the scale has crept back up and it's time to shake that off. I was a much healthier eater when I was more consistently employed and noticed an inverse to my financial situation and my health and I want to remedy it. I'm a 27 year old cyclist and media junkie attempting to get back on track with my health. After losing at least 30lbs a mere 5 years ago, the scale has crept back up and it's time to shake that off. I was a much healthier eater when I was more consistently employed and noticed an inverse to my financial situation and my health and I want to remedy it. I just completed a post-graduate degree that took away all my hard work at Spark People from last summer so now it's time to get back on the horse and lose that weight again, third time's the charm! The only reason I'm doing this is for me, nobody else.

My Goals:
- Take advantage of the gorgeous summer weather and walk/cycle as much as possible - Eat fresher food, more vegetables and aim for more protein than carbs - No Soda! - Eat Breakfast! My Program:
Cycle to work at least 3x a week which is about 16-20km per day. Plan 2-3 healthy snacks per day. Try to get at least 6 hours of sleep per night, no more sleep shortages! Go to gym 3x a week, even for just 30 minutes. Track as much as I can track!
