As my college years come to an end I'd like to be happy with the body that I have. When I was younger I was an athlete. I played soccer for my town, high school and even state for 15 years. However, in college I have found it very hard to stay motivated. I would like to lose the 10-15 pounds that I have gained since college. Definitely looking for motivation partners! However, in college I have found it very hard to stay motivated. I would like to lose the 10-15 pounds that I have gained since college. Definitely looking for motivation partners! I am going away with my boyfriend on a cruise in November and would love to lose it by then. I love to eat so I know that portion control will be the hardest part. I'm going to try to eat healthier snacks and meals. I am a nanny during the summer so along with working out more often I'm going to try to play more with the children running around and swimming to lose even more. Let's see how this works! :)

Seeing as I love food I am trying to simply cut back and only eat when I am truly hungry. Also trying to eat healthier and exercise more.
