Welcome to SP! You found a great board for inspiration (10lbs or less) and ideas. The women really range from super hardcore to those of us trying to fit back into our old clothes :) We have similar goals. My first goal was 140 and then 135. It has taken some commitment and work but not I am starting to think I can make it down to 130! I was 119 when I started college!!!! Good luck and see you around the boards.
