My Goals:
ReStart Date = 1/2/10 To lose 32# by 8/9/10 To become a "runner" again by the end of 2010 (defined - running 5 miles effortlessly) To tuck in my shirt To increase my energy level To feel good about myself To quit quitting!
My Program:
I am tracking my foods daily and staying between 1200 and 1600 calories per day. I am doing cardio 4x per week for at least 40min. I am visiting SP several times per day to keep focused and inspired.
