Thanks so much for the comment on my blog. Yes, i am really hard on myself sometimes and always expect too much more. i am really competitive within myself, and a little bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my workouts. Thats why i have quit mid p90x before, because i couldn't keep up with the workouts and complete it in the allocated 90 days. Working long, unsocial shifts at work doesn't help either. Hope you are doing well!
Lets take a second to appreciate all our hard work and efforts! All the best. 2052 days ago
Thank you so much for the comment on my blog. I am going to try increasing my calories just a bit, and try sticking to a certain macro percentage and not worry about keeping the calories low. Depending on the lab results for the thyroid, I may ask about the lipid profile and even the suggestion my "female" doctor made last winter about a glucose tolerance test. Like I said, I just know that something doesn't feel right and I've got to figure it out...I refuse to feel like this for the rest of my life. 2052 days ago
Hiya there! Thanks so much for the blog comment! I appreciate it!! It feels awesome to be done with school!
I have 2 certifications for personal training through the NCSF and ACT. NCSF is fully accredited and I obtained that one through an online school. My nutritionist cert is through the same school and the credits went towards my continuing education for renewal of my PT cert. Its tempting to go back for a 4 year degree, but I really don't want to take on any more debt than necessary - and a ton of student loans aren't really appealing :-)
