Hey Tom! How are you? Thought I'd check in and say, Hi. Sounds like you had a lot of fun this summer? Good to see you back! I traveled to Oregon and worked at my old job and visited with my family for 2 months. I gained 9 lbs and haven't been able to drop much since September but I am on a new program now with "calorie cycling" and it has refocused and remotivated me so we'll see.
Our boat is coming along beautifully! We're still in our little camper but hope to move onto the boat by December.
