Been away for almost two months. Motorhome tour enjoying the 5 great lakes and parts of Ontario, Michigan, Wisc, and Kentuchy. Walking has been so so, about 5,000 to 6,000 steps per day average and up to 19,000 on Macanow Island. Diet has not been. Don't know how much I have gaied. Don't want to know. Haven't weighed yet. But I am back and that's what counts. Haven't had access to the net regularly so just haven't been able to do the deed. Journaling online is the key for me. Did it today. This should mean I'll stay with it. Actually I'm still in the mountains and on extra slow dial up. Nov I'll be in Fla and on braodband. It is tough on this dial up but I'll do it.

Gained a little more weight. This is my first day of Journaling food and going to the Gym. Both are critical for continued success for me and most. Will blog later if my program gets off the ground. Wish me luck. My final goal is still 170. Think I am aout 190. Still down from beginning of 212. Tom

My Goals:
Stay healthy & enjoy life by enjoying good food and exercise. Stay involved in my church and social groups. Continue our summer travels in our 38 ft Monaco Turbo Desil Class A Motorhome.

My Program:
I began my weight loss 11/21/06. I watch my lipid counts, blood pressure and sugar. Today they are great. I do a 3.5mph & 5% treadmill for [Moved up to 3/6 mph and 60 mi with varring Ele % from 5 to 15%] 40minutes followed by 25 minutes of varied Gym machines 5 times a week. I eat loads of fresh or frozen fruit, most green veggies, lean meat and low GI carbs. My wife and I still eat out 3 times a week. I am losing a little better than 2 lbs a week and currently down 34 lbs.

Personal Information:
I am a born Floridian who now spends his summers in the Smokies of N. C. Chris and I travel a lot in the Motorhome. We live in an area named Eagle Nest. Lots of Eagles & we are up there with them.
Soaring-Eagle.

Other Information:
We spend winters in Fl and summers in NC. & motorhome travel 2 to 3 months a year. We are active in church and social groups. Exercise is a challenge in the motorhome travels.
SUGGESTIONS ANYONE?!!

I had a mild heart attack 10/27/12, began hospital rehab 12/7/12 and now have lost from 205 to 165, down 40 lbs, Cholesterol latest numbers are: Total 123, Triglycerides 32, HDL 61, LDL 54, Risk Factor 2.0. "PERFECT" emoticon emoticon WALKING 5 TO 10 MILES PER DAY. PLUS GYM

Hey Tom! How are you? Thought I'd check in and say, Hi. Sounds like you had a lot of fun this summer? Good to see you back! I traveled to Oregon and worked at my old job and visited with my family for 2 months. I gained 9 lbs and haven't been able to drop much since September but I am on a new program now with "calorie cycling" and it has refocused and remotivated me so we'll see.

Our boat is coming along beautifully! We're still in our little camper but hope to move onto the boat by December.
