My Program:
I am exercising 6 days per week. Weight training and cardio as part of my program.

I have PCOS so I supplement with various things to support this illness. I've done the Metformin with no success (except that I got pregnant, which is good, but now I cannot tolerate it):

2000 mg Cinnamon
Fish Oil
Epicor (Immune Formula)
B-complex vitamin
Multi Vitamin

Personal Information:
I'm a soap maker. I love making soaps, lotions and body care products. I believe that we need to be very conscious about not only what we put IN our bodies, but what we put ON our bodies as well.

Hi there...I just saw your recipe for Butterscotch confetti and it sounds absolutely sinful- it isn't really over 3,000 cal per serving is it? LOL Yikes. Anyways good luck on your weight loss! *Jenny

i read your post about wondering if you were eating too little but couldn't answer to it because i'm not a member of the pcos team (had to look up what pcos is, too). i still wonder how you ended up with a calorie range of 1200 to 1550. when i was still over 200 lbs my calorie range was 1500+ to 1800+, don't remember exactly, assuming i burned 2100 cals a week. now that i'm below 180 lbs my calorie range is 1410 to 1760, assuming i burn 2400 cals a week, i upped that a little. have you entered the calories you burn by cardio into your goals? i can't imagine how you come out with so little calories to eat. i see that you're aiming for a 2 lbs loss per week while i only went for half of that, wonder if that makes the big difference. well, good luck with that loss! i hope you and your scale will be friends again ;-)
