I have tried a little bit of everything - Weight Watchers, South Beach Diet, Nutrisystem. Nothing really ever worked because...well, because I would sabotage myself. Common thoughts were "I'll probably fail" or "What's the point? I'm never going to lose this weight". But I have decided that if I think it, I will bring it. Whether my thoughts are negative or positive, what goes around comes around. Any energy I send out into the universe will only bounce back to me. So from now on, "I will not fail" and "I will lose this weight" and, my personal favorite, "I deserve to look and feel better and I will accomplish my goal". I wish the best of luck to anyone and everyone with the same goals as I. We all deserve to live healthy and happy. And remember.....there's a smokin' hottie inside each and everyone one of us!!!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 16 pounds, tone up and feel better about myself and to live a healthier happier life by developing new habits.

My Program:
I am doing 60 minutes of cardio on my TreadClimber 5 days a week, strength training 3 days a week and I drink as much water as I can per day.
