My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to reach 150 but for right now i will concentrate on my short term goal of 190!

My Program:
The program I am following is pretty basic. I watch my calories, drink my 8 cups of water a day, and when I can I fit in exercise. I was originally inspired by a girl off you tube named Shanti (Antishay), she is amazing if anyone is interested in watching a series of inspirational vloggs.

She's 15 mos old...well now almost 16 mos. Yeah i hear about the terrible two's and three's and one's. Ughhh is there ever an easy year! LOL just kidding its all good i couldnt live with out would be so dull compared to what i have now!

Hi thanks for you comment. I read that your trying to lose before you conceive again...I'm in the same boat. I refuse to get preggers again until I'm at a healthy weight. Sometimes i just feel so pissed at myself for gaining all this weight. I gained close to 50 lbs during pregnancy : ( Anyway good luck to you too! Oh by the way your little one is so pretty. Ill post pics of mine soon!

Thank you so much for your comment. I started getting serious right after I got engaged on July 4th so I've been at it for a little over 4 months. I've lost a little over 20 pounds in that time. My biggest advice would be to find some kind of cardio that you love to do (or at least don't dread haha). I started out with Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and it really kicked my butt. I got into a groove of doing a workout video everynight during the week and one day on the weekend. That really started shedding the pounds.

If you have any questions, let me know. I know everyone says this, but if I can do it I know you can too. I've tried sparkpeople 2 times before and didn't follow through, just set a mini-goal for yourself every week or so and make sure to hit it!

Thanks so much for the sunshine, I definitely needed that. I caught something going around and have been sick for the last 3 days-ugh! I did weigh myself before I got sick and I lost 2.7 lbs this week-Yay!!! How have you been doing? Have a great week ahead! emoticon
