    Hi! I just posted a comment to your "Help" post today. I hope it's ok for me to add you as a Spark Friend. I can't imagine how many different directions you all pulled in a day's time!!! I just have a husband and two cats and I'm not working at the moment and run around in circles all the time :-). You are a remarkable woman doing remarkable things and I would like for you to know that!!! Stress and emotional eating have made me nuts, but I'm tired of living that way anymore.

    Thank you for the post. It helped me remember why I'm here.

    Hello! I was reading the message boards and came upon yours! I wanted to post my message here to make sure you read it! I know what it is to be overweight and feel crappy, but in August my best friend
    (her weight wsas the same as yours) and I began to work out and keep our calorie intake to what sp suggested...my best friend has lost almost 30 pounds in 3month in a healthy manner. I beleive you can do it as well! I personally started at 164 and am down to 144 i am pretty short so 20 pounds made a huge difference! What I did was workout 5-6 days a week for 25-30 minutes. four days i would do the elliptical, run, anything that can get your heartrate up. The other two days i would do strength training...like using hand weights (3lbs) or a resistance band "I would also do jillian micheals 30 day shred...its an awsome dvd that is only 23 mintues! but you get a great workout! As for food I know what you mean when your soon to be husband eats what he wants...because my husband is the same way he eats what he wants and sometimes it is hard to stay on track when you have someone eating right in front of you all the things you cannot eat, but I have learned that its ok to eat what you want in moderation and you will be fine! I totally believe you can lose easily 25 pounds by February...email me or add me if you need more motivation I love being able to help people achieve their goals! =) Best of luck and congrats on your upcoming wedding Im sure you will look fabulous!! emoticon
