It's All In Your Mind

Hello, I am here to lose weight that i gained back after five years due to a medication change. I am happy to be here and have really enjoyed the fitness and nutrition pages so far. I am new and would like to meet some new people who will encourage me and vice versa. I am excited about this new change and am exercising everyday. My Goals:
I am trying to make it down to 135 lbs where I use to be seven years ago before a car accident and some medication that my doctor put me on that made me gain a lot of weight back.

My Program:
I track everyday, and work out six days a week. I do strength training three days a week and walking my dog six or seven days a week.

Other Information:
I would like to Thank Jesus Christ for all he does in my life and how he helps me constantly with my weight loss and for all my friends who help me in my weight loss journey.
