Lost 60lbs. Had a baby. Lost the baby weight. Gained some back. Had another baby. Lost the baby weight, gained the weight back.

I keep telling myself that I will NOT be back to my heaviest weight. I'm 13lbs shy.

My father and sister have had gastric bypass.
I need to prove to myself that I do not have to take such drastic measures. I don't need surgery to teach myself that some foods just don't belong in my mouth and that I need to move more.

I love food. I love chocolate. I shouldn't love food.

I have a long commute and not alot of "free" time. It makes finding time for me, including exercise and sleep hard. I have to improve this.

Call it what you want. A lifestyle change. A new year resolution. But I can't keep this up. For me. For my children. I can't let my husband start losing weight again and gain more.



It's time to focus. Small steps. It's a long journey. Take it with me?

My Goals:
Lose 3 lbs by my birthday. Prove to myself that I can START this.

Lose 20lbs by my trip to San Francisco. I really don't want to ask for a seat belt extender.

Run the warrior dash.

Run a 5K with my teeny tiny BFF.

Be in pictures, not just take them.

By my kids birthdays, be at my pre-pregnancy weight or less.

Be able to use the gift certiificate for the glider ride I have - I need to lose 50lbs to be safe!



My Program:
Water. Water. Water.

Eating healthier snacks.

Eat smaller meals more often.

Make time for exercise.
