The swimming sounds great! and 30 days is a major accomplishment, your smart to listen to your body, especially if you have had some injuries. I am going to start over today........Just gonna see if I can do exercise for a week straight and then build from there.........baby steps, think it helps not to get overwhelmed too!
WOW! I am so impressed with your 30 day exercise streak. Good for you! I on the other hand have gotten totally off track since vacation and will have to start all over again .... ....but the important thing is, I keep trying.

Good for you taming those Demons! Especially after biking and doing the 1/2 marathon last week, you rock! Way to go, I have been doing a really good job with my exercise overall, but did take the day off on Sunday. Now of course I feel crappy,...... and I had a chocolate zinger today....gave blood and managed to justify it afterwards while I was waiting in the cantina, only 140 calories but still....My demon got to me.
