    Hi there,

    The swimming sounds great! and 30 days is a major accomplishment, your smart to listen to your body, especially if you have had some injuries. I am going to start over today........Just gonna see if I can do exercise for a week straight and then build from there.........baby steps, think it helps not to get overwhelmed too! emoticon

    WOW! I am so impressed with your 30 day exercise streak. Good for you! I on the other hand have gotten totally off track since vacation and will have to start all over again .... emoticon ....but the important thing is, I keep trying.

    Good for you taming those Demons! Especially after biking and doing the 1/2 marathon last week, you rock! Way to go, I have been doing a really good job with my exercise overall, but did take the day off on Sunday. Now of course I feel crappy,...... and I had a chocolate zinger today....gave blood and managed to justify it afterwards while I was waiting in the cantina, only 140 calories but still....My demon got to me. emoticon

    Again ,way to go on the great eating, did you decide on which veggie pattie was best?
