Snow Bunny

I'm a runner, a skiier, a hiker, a mountain biker. All 165 pounds of me. I've been every weight between 170 and 125 at least twice. I'm here because I think I can find a way to a healthy lifestyle that allows be to do all I enjoy doing and feel good about myself.

My strengths is my enjoyment of exercise. My weakness is staying within a healthy calorie range. I'm still looking for the right way to eat and that's what keeps me coming back to SparkPeople.

Short term - 100 Days of Exercise.

Hiking the Grand Canyon November 2010

Wasatch Back Relay June 2011


My Program:
My main exercise right now is from running, swimming, hiking and mountain biking. Come winter the hiking and mountain biking will become various forms of skiing.

For food, I'm trying to drink my water and eat fruits and veggies. Hopefully those will help with he whole calorie range concern.

Hey Whitney,
My suggestion is this: make the 100 day challenge work for you. As I have posted several times, each person decides what the rules are going to be for themselves. Some people start over every time they miss a day, but others just keep counting until they hit 100 days (even if it's not consecutive, 100 days of exercise is pretty awesome), other people see how many days they can do out of 100. Whatever you need the challenge to be, that is what it can be. Some people on the team aren't even counting, they just like the idea. I am starting over this week, day 2 for me :) Hollynn
