My Goals:
1/ Reach 1st goal weight under 200 by August. 2/ Reach my ultimate goal weight of 175 by the my birthday December! 3/I gotta watch out for Thanksgiving.. that will be my test before the big reveal - Dec. 4!!
My Program:
1/ Gym after work for aerobics classes -- need others around for fun and motivation. 2/then quick sets of weights and Abs at home on busy days before bedtime. 3/ then, at least one set of stairs at work, up and down every day. and a loop around the building on cool days. 4/ last, my biggest feat to win... cut back on the junk food! I already love water and fruit, so the soda, sweets and white bread will be phazed out again!!! and replaced with even more fruits, veggies and fun healthy drinks and smooties w/ yogurt.
