Ready, willing and able!
I'm new to this site but very much like what I see so far. I am ready to lose the weight that I have gained due to medical issues and stress. I want to become more active, eat healthier and have more fun with my life!

Right now I am trying to just eat better and live healthier. I'd like to be close to my goal before my niece's wedding next year. I'd like to see me in some pictures for a change!

I track my food everyday and try to do some exercise daily even if its a short walk.
