Last year my family went to the Grand Canyon. The ranger told us that only 15% of visitors go below the rim of the canyon and only 1% reach the bottom. We were one of the 15% but we made a goal to go to the bottom and be one of the 1%. My kids said they would like to join us. It is a very long term goal as we need to save our pennies to go but I hope by 2016 we will be able to go rim to rim and maybe back again. :)
My second Fitness Goal - and more short term is to do 30 FULL pushups in a minute. I recently tested myself and I can 15. 30 would be amazing.
And my last fitness goal is to do 5 pull ups. I can't even do one. I just hang there from the bar LOL.
