I'm 5'11" and am trying to reshape my mind along with my body. Depression, anorexia, etc., it all pretty much sucked and got me down to 105 pounds four years ago, with steady gaining of about a hundred since then. I'm not going to that place anymore - I want to be healthy (slim would be nice, but I'm not looking to be skin and bones anymore). I want to get back down to a healthy weight, and I want to be happy with the way MY body should look.

My Goals:
I need to lose 70 pounds, but I'm considering it to be 7 10-pound goals, because I need the motivation to keep going.
My Program:
I cook healthy new dinners of less than 500 calories every night, to keep myself from feeling deprived. Strength training for now is about two times a week. It should be three, but my muscles are still getting used to this and I like to give them ample recovery time to avoid injury. I'd rather take a day or two off than six weeks waiting for something to heal! I do a 4.75 km walk with plenty of hills every second night, and I'm hoping to do more hiking and bicycling since it's getting warmer.

I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada, and I'm 21 years old.
Other Information:
Bookworm, food junkie, sleep obsessive.
