Snowbie is back at it again!

I was introduced to Sparkpeople in December of 2007. At that point I weighed 212 pounds. From then until June of 2008 I diligently followed all of the instructions and ended up losing just over 40 pounds to get to an all time low weight of 168. From there I managed to maintain around 172 up until the fall of 2009 and then around 178 until the fall of 2010.

Now, as of Jan 2011 I'm back up to 187 and it is time for a change. Time to get back to the pattern of living that originally led me to lose 40 pounds. I haven't been exercising and haven't been eating well and it is time to begin again.

Wish me luck!

My Program:
I'm counting calories...that's the main thing. I've become a runner but right now the snow keeps me indoors riding the stationary bike and doing strength training.

My name is Mike and I live in Miamisburg, OH. I have a beautiful wife Amy, 4 year old son Hayden, and 1 year old daughter Leah. I spend most of my free time with them and friends. I am also a complete computer geek.

Hey bro! William joined SparkPeople (Hudson712) and he's made some great progress on his exercise commitment as have I! How are you doing with everything?

Just wanted to tell you again how proud I am of you for running a full marathon! Perhaps one day I will devote the time to train for one! Love you, dear brother!
