Daily Goals:

* Dedicate myself to HEALTHY VEGAN LIVING.

* Exercise at least 30 minutes per day, five days per week.

*Drink 4 cups of water by lunchtime.

From my friend JOANNIEB, I have learned that overeating is not an effective way to cope with life's challenges.

From my friend GLORY2WALKWHIM , I have learned that I should TOLERATE IT! Hunger & cravings aren't emergencies. I can tolerate them. They are mild compared to ________. I'm going to eat again in ________ hours, anyway.



I AM LEARNING TO STRENGTHEN MY RESISTANCE MUSCLES AND WEAKEN MY GIVING IN MUSCLES. EVERY TIME I RESIST TEMPTATION, MY RESISTANCE MUSCLES ARE STRENGTHENED. EVERY TIME I GIVE IN TO TEMPTATION, MY GIVING IN MUSCLES ARE STRENGTHENED.

I UNDERSTAND NOW THAT EVERY TIME I GAVE IN, I MADE IT EASIER TO GIVE IN THE NEXT TIME.

NOW, EVERY TIME I RESIST, I MAKE IT EASIER TO RESIST THE NEXT TIME!

THINGS I AM LEARNING TO DO:

1. Think about what I put into my body. Everything I put into my body has a consequence. Can I live with those consequences for the long term or just for a moment of pleasure?

2. Eating HEALTHY VEGAN is no longer for vanity, it is for controlling some physical symptoms of my PCOS, lowering my blood pressure, and improving my lymphatic flow.

I applaud your vegan lifestyle. It is an inspiration to me. I have not eaten beef, pork, or poultry in 3 weeks, but I'm struggling with seafood.
