Daily Goals:

* Dedicate myself to low carb living.

* Exercise at least 30 minutes per day, five days per week.

*Drink 4 cups of water by lunchtime.

*Drink 4 cups of water by dinnertime.

From my friend JOANNIEB, I have learned that overeating is not an effective way to cope with life's challenges.

From my friend GLORY2WALKWHIM , I have learned that I should TOLERATE IT! Hunger & cravings aren't emergencies. I can tolerate them. They are mild compared to ________. I'm going to eat again in ________ hours, anyway.



I AM LEARNING TO STRENGTHEN MY RESISTANCE MUSCLES AND WEAKEN MY GIVING IN MUSCLES. EVERY TIME I RESIST TEMPTATION, MY RESISTANCE MUSCLES ARE STRENGTHENED. EVERY TIME I GIVE IN TO TEMPTATION, MY GIVING IN MUSCLES ARE STRENGTHENED.

I UNDERSTAND NOW THAT EVERY TIME I GAVE IN, I MADE IT EASIER TO GIVE IN THE NEXT TIME.

NOW, EVERY TIME I RESIST, I MAKE IT EASIER TO RESIST THE NEXT TIME!

1. Think about what I put into my body. Everything I put into my body has a consequence. Can I live with those consequences for the long term or just for a moment of pleasure?

2. Eating low carb is no longer for vanity, it is my doctor's orders for controlling some physical symptoms of my PCOS.
