Really Going To Do It (This Time)

I go through phases where I track calories and exercise but then something happens and I get busy, tired, whatever and I get off track and I'm back in the drive through at Taco Bell. 2011 is bringing lots of other changes so I'm trying to get into a routine that I can stick with.

Thanks for adding me as a friend and good luck to you in your weight loss. I noticed that you are starting salsa. I go to a zumba class from time to time. It takes awhile to get the hang of it, but it can be a lot of fun. The important thing is to enjoy it and not worry about doing every step perfectly. All that really counts is that it is physical activity.
