    I can so relate to your post. I know what I need to do, I just don't do it. I have no motivation to DO anything. I need to lose at least 70 pounds, I'm nearly 40 and it really scares me to think where I will be in another 5 or 10 years if I don't get it under control now. But I just can't seem to make myself get up off the stupid couch to even play the wii, which I really do enjoy. I would love to be a runner. A few years ago I was (kind of). I could run a mile on the treadmill without having to walk and I was so proud of myself. I would love to be able to do that again. I've got to start somewhere and getting off the couch is the first step. I just can't (don't) do it and I don't know why!!

    One day at a time will get you to your goals! Be proud of yourself for every healthy decision you make, and with time and patience, you will start to see that momentum build and it will empower you to keep it rolling.
    It's challenging to be the caretaker of someone else and to be able to take time for yourself too. When you care well for yourself, you can care even better for others!
