Goodness gracious. I've done horrible this week. With work this week and a new sleeping schedule, I haven't cooked or exercised. Goodness. I'll have to do better this week. I averaged 6 hours of sleep a night. I slept 14 hours last night. I went to bed at 6 and woke up at 8. I needed it horribly. :) Anyways, nice to see you're doing better and hitting a low. I reached a low of 135.4 this week! At least I'm doing good... I hope.
Yeah. I ate horrible this week. I'm a bit depressed with Michelle being gone. And with all the testing and working, I did whatever I could really fast. So I'm gonna start tracking today and get better. But I couldn't confess. Thankfully I didn't gain any, and yesterday I didn't eat much 'cause Michelle left. So today I did drop one pound. I'm really shocked. Yay!!! So I'm going to get back on the exercise and eating healthy track. Don't we love excuses? You are doing good at tracking though! Looks like you've had an interesting food week. :)
I didn't track because when I pressed the Add a Food button, my page would freeze up. But it's working now. I guess it was a glitch for a day. I see you tracked well on the 7th, but did you really eat that little on the 8th or did you just forget to add some food? :D
Hey! I'm still not seeing tracking. I'll have to text you. I did horrible last night. I was doing decent enough and then my blood sugar dropped and I had a hot flash! I was not doing well at all. So I needed a quick fix and couldn't focus. I kinda ate what was around and it sucked. But I got feeling better 30 min. later. Yay! So that's my bad, and next time I'll keep a better eye on things. :)
