My name is Nicole and I am 32 years old. I started my weight loss last year and have lost 30 lbs so far yay me! But I need motivation to lose the 30 more I would like to lose. My Goals:
My goals are to lose the last 30 lbs. I also need to tone and firm up my muscles.
My Program:
I quit drinking soft drinks. I loved my dr. pepper but I gave it up. I also cut back on how much I ate and quit most snack foods. I fry fewer foods and cook healthier. I drink lots of water now, with only a cup of coffee in the morning and my tea at night with my supper.
Personal Information:
I live in Arkansas but was born and raised in Louisiana Geaux Tigers!! In July I will have been married 14 years and our son will turn 13 the same month. My husband and I are high school sweethearts who married when I was 18 and he was 20.
Other Information:
I am a HUGE NASCAR fan, my fave driver is Dale Jr. I also love football, and like to watch basketball and baseball. I am the perfect wife lol. I am also addicted to Myspace. We also like to watch WWE wrestling. I am a country girl at heart, love to sit by the fire, drink a few, and shoot the bull with friends and family. Love to go sit on the deer stand with my hubby and ride 4-wheelers. I am a girly girl too, hubby will tell you I am high maintenance lol.
