My Goals:
I reached my goal weight in May and have since lost a little more. I would like to gain a few pounds of muscle while still losing a little more body fat so this 6 pack I have worked so hard on will show through a little better. ;)

My Program:
Maintain a healthy, clean diet focused on mainly vegetarian and dairy free meals. I am eating small portions of meat (1-2 ounces) 2-3 times a week and have a healthy fish every friday:) I haven't cut out eggs.

I do high intensity interval training on Mon, Wed, Fri. Sometimes if I feel up to it I also do a session on Sat. Most of the HIIT sessions are 12-15 min long.
I get on my elliptical 2-3 times a week for 20 min. I try not to push the cardio too hard now that I am not trying to lose weight.
I try to stay active and not sit in front of this darn computer all day. LOL

Personal Information:
I love chocolate, oatmeal, kale, photography, babies, sunrises, the smell (and taste) of coffee, and to see people succeed.

Welcome back Gal! I'm in the same boat. Lit and lost the Spark three times before this but something seems different this time. Maybe it's the discipline to keep coming back for my daily motivation and seeing my progress. Maybe I just want to finally get healthy and LOOK healthy. Regardless it definitely feels different.

I have a long way to go, more than others, less than some. But meeting people just like me and those who have already completed their journey gives me strength to know I will make it someday as well.
The fact I'm hungry all the time when I'm used to being not, tells me my metabolism is kicking in. The fact my muscle ache tells me they're wondering what the heck is going on. :)

We'll travel this together my friend. If you need motivation feel free to stop by. I'll come see you as well.

I post a motivational song on my blog usually every day, they're labeled "Spark Plug..."s Feel free to check them out each morning to get your mojo going. It always does the trick for me. If you have one you'd like me to post let me know!

Happy and Successful Journey Steph!

Tara
