I am the first to admit that I get sidetracked often (on a daily basis)
I comeback strong and then let life get in my way and slide back off track again
I have known for years what I need to do, I know the correct healthy natural foods to eat and the crappy processed "foods" to stay away from.

Since my surgery in May 2015, I buy only organic plant foods,I only eat animal products rarely, I have a large green salad with salsa everyday, I am approaching my 11 year anniversary without pop, but the scale still will not move.

I am tightening my efforts and making a goal for myself.....I want and need to be in onederland by november 1st. I am going to give this my best effort, I do not want to fail again, please cheer me on I need all the support I can get.

My Goals:
My main goal is to feel fit and healthy again. I am not set on a certain weight but somewhere around 140. It's been so long since I was near that weight so it will depend on what I will be comfortable at.


My Program:
I have not had pop in almost 11 years - I drink water, unsweetened tea or home brewed kombucha

Currently I am eating VERY little meat (as in I'm trying not to eat any). And NO dairy. I'm trying to focus more on beans and legumes and raw nuts and seeds.

As for pasta, bread and rice...Im trying to stay away from them or have the whole grain versions.

I am focusing on high nutrient based veggies, leafy greens, onions, peppers, kale, bok choy etc. Fruits for desserts.
