My Goals:
SMART GOALS: Take up residence in 190-Ville by the end of SIS Challenge. 8 glasses of H2O per day,consistently !
My Program:
Cardio at least 30 minutes per day . Strength train 3X /week with the use of interval and circuit training DVDS. Add add'l ST by rotating working on core,upper ,lower body on ST days. Eat my 3 meals and 2 snacks per day to keep blood sugar in balance.

Love fiction and non-fiction ,various styles of music,flowers and plants ,Spike Lee and Quentin Tarantino movies .Hate romance movies unless characters are flawed and there's still a "...happily ever after".
